Atlas Subscription Terms of Service
Effective date / Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Atlas Subscription Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and ATLASGTM LLC, 3018 Masters Dr., Floyds Knobs, IN 47119 (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern access to and use of AtlasGTM.io, Connect.atlasgtm.io, the AtlasGTM platform, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) connections, Surfaces, Structured GTM Projects, and related websites, applications, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
“You” means the individual using the Service or the organization on whose behalf that individual is authorized to act. By creating an account, starting a trial, redeeming a program or coupon, purchasing a Plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any Plan Terms presented at checkout. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms cover self-service Starter, Creator, and Pro subscriptions, trials, add-ons, and Atlas programs and promotions. Enterprise deployments, private tenants, SSO, custom packaging, and dedicated success are governed by a separately signed Enterprise agreement. If an Enterprise agreement is in effect, it controls over these Terms for that customer to the extent of any conflict.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. A named-user seat may be used only by the individual to whom it is assigned. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for users you invite.
2. The Service and Plans
Atlas provides software and services to help organizations organize go-to-market intelligence, Structured GTM Projects, Surfaces, MCP workflows, analytics, and related business activities. Available self-service Plans, included quantities, and add-ons are described on the public Plans page and in the commercial catalog. We may update, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features. Some features may be subject to additional terms, order forms, or third-party terms; where there is a conflict, the additional terms control for that feature.
3. Trials, programs, offers, coupons, and packaging
Trials, preview access, founding offers, coupons, promotional credits, and similar programs are provided at Atlas’s discretion, may be capacity-limited, and do not create an obligation to offer the same terms later.
Atlas may change, suspend, or discontinue any program, offer, coupon, packaging, or promotion at any time. Existing prepaid paid Plans continue to follow the notice and renewal rules in Section 8. Unused program capacity, unpublished coupons, and unredeemed offers may be withdrawn without creating a refund or credit unless required by law or an applicable prepaid Plan.
4. Atlas GTM 100 / Founding Members
Atlas GTM 100 is Atlas’s founding-members program. Enrollment through the public campaign code ATLASGTM100 (also presented as “Atlas GTM 100”) or through an optional one-to-one FC- coupon grants a time-boxed Pro founding pack for the enrollee’s Atlas company for twelve months: up to five named-user seats, publishing on the company’s own domain, unlimited pooled live pages, and the other Pro-plan capacity described in the program materials at enrollment. There is no numeric signup cap on the campaign code. Optional FC- coupons, if issued, remain single-use.
The founding pack is a Pro-plan entitlement, not an Enterprise agreement. It does not include SSO, private-tenant or customer-cloud deployment, white-label routing beyond badge removal, additional seats beyond five, or a dedicated success / SLA commitment unless those are later added in a signed Enterprise order. Atlas may later require program participants to meet reasonable product-use, feedback, and testimonial-participation conditions described in the program materials; those conditions are not automatically enforced at signup.
The program is subject to these Terms and the Plan Terms, is not transferable, and may be changed or ended with notice. Enrollment requires an Atlas company account in good standing. Atlas may reject or reverse an enrollment that is fraudulent, duplicated, or obtained in violation of these Terms.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of information, files, prompts, records, materials, and other content that you or your authorized users submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and maintain the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for Customer Content and for obtaining all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit it and instruct us to process it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or that violates another person’s privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit others to: (a) use the Service in violation of law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service, security controls, or networks; (c) access accounts, data, or systems without authorization; (d) probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission; (e) introduce malware; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, schemas, or MCP tool contracts except where law prohibits that restriction; (g) use automated means to scrape or overload the Service except through authorized APIs or MCP tools; (h) remove proprietary notices; (i) resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties except as expressly authorized; or (j) use the Service, MCP, or Output to build a competing product as further described in Sections 11 and 18.
7. AI-assisted features and Output
Some features generate, summarize, classify, recommend, or transform content using artificial intelligence (“Output”). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and is not professional advice. You must evaluate Output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. You will not use the Service to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals unless you have independently ensured that such use is lawful and supervised.
8. Fees, taxes, notice, and renewal
Paid Plans are governed by the pricing, subscription, order form, or checkout terms presented when you purchase. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, payable in advance, and exclude taxes other than taxes on our net income.
Self-service Plans renew automatically for successive terms of the same cadence unless you cancel before the renewal date through the billing portal. For material changes to a prepaid paid Plan’s price or included packaging that take effect at renewal, Atlas will provide notice in the Service or by email reasonably in advance of the renewal date. If you do not cancel before renewal, you authorize Atlas to charge the then-current fees. Overdue amounts may result in suspension after reasonable notice where permitted by law.
Program, offer, coupon, and packaging changes under Section 3 do not reduce prepaid paid Plan entitlements already purchased for the then-current term, except as required to comply with law or to address security, abuse, or non-payment.
9. Intellectual property
Except for Customer Content and third-party materials, the Service, documentation, software, designs, trademarks, MCP interfaces, Surface templates, and all related intellectual-property rights are owned by Atlas or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and timely payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Service during the applicable subscription period for your internal business purposes.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other that is identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential (“Confidential Information”). The receiving party will use Confidential Information only to exercise rights or perform obligations under these Terms and will protect it using reasonable care. Confidential Information does not include information that was already known without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or publicly available through no breach of these Terms.
11. Reverse engineering and competing products
You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, MCP tool schemas, generation prompts, packaging logic, or operational methods of the Service, except to the limited extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction.
You will not use the Service, MCP, Output, documentation, or Confidential Information to build, train, operate, or assist a product or service that is a similar GTM, Surface, buyer-experience, or motion-publishing platform, or that substantially replicates Atlas’s Structured GTM Project, Surface, or MCP workflow. Competitive evaluation for a bona fide purchase decision is permitted; systematic extraction, cloning, or productization of Atlas methods is not.
12. Third-party services
The Service may enable integrations with third-party products, including AI clients that connect through MCP. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties’ terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your information.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if suspension is necessary to protect the Service, users, or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, confidentiality, reverse-engineering and competing-product restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
16. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATLASGTM LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law, or your violation of another person’s rights.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, may provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to support@atlasgtm.io.
18. Additional competing-product and MCP restrictions
Without limiting Section 11, you will not: (a) use MCP tools, Output, Surface HTML/CSS/JS, Brand Kits, or Structured GTM Project schemas to generate a competing GTM or Surface product; (b) share Atlas-internal prompts, tool contracts, or unpublished packaging with a competitor; (c) benchmark the Service for the purpose of cloning features; or (d) circumvent technical or contractual limits on Users, Surfaces, AI Surface Builds, or MCP access. Atlas may suspend accounts that violate this Section without refund of unused term.
Governing law is the State of Indiana, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer statute requires otherwise. Courts located in Floyd County, Indiana, or the Southern District of Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Atlas may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to stop unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or competing-product activity.
